We do this breath work kriya several times a week. It’s hard at first, but worth the patience and effort. After mastering it, it changed our relationship with time, the ability to see things coming ahead of most people, we understood the direction of the collective energy and could decide to be ‘dragged into the mud of the times’ or use our Z energy to choose our own path.
